Is this store legit or a scam?
All our official company information is clearly displayed at the bottom of the checkout page. These details cannot be hidden and are required by law, which proves that our store is real, transparent, and trustworthy.
Why do you write anime names like “D.r.a.g.o.n B.a.l.l” with dots?
Anime names are trademarked, and we are not officially licensed to use them directly. Writing them with dots is a way to respect copyright restrictions. There are virtually no stores allowed to sell anime-related products using those names or images legally without a license.
Why does it say “Free Shipping” everywhere, but at checkout I see €17.50 for shipping to my country?
Due to recent shipping policy changes, we can no longer ship directly from China to all countries. If you see a shipping fee at checkout, it means your order must first arrive at our base in Spain before being forwarded to your country, which adds extra cost.
Why do your lighters arrive without kerosene and flint?
Due to customs regulations, we are not allowed to ship hazardous liquids such as kerosene. Additionally, we are required to remove the flint to ensure the lighter is completely spark-free during transport, making it safe and compliant with international shipping laws.

We are a small, independent team of anime fans who created this store out of passion for the anime world and the amazing community around it. We are not a big corporation — just real people offering creative items to others who share the same love.
All our business information is visible at checkout, and our customer support is real and responsive. We believe in honesty, fair prices, and taking care of our customers — even when things go wrong.
Are the Zippo lighters in your store original or fake?
All Zippo lighters sold in our store are 100% genuine. They are imported directly from Zippo’s official production lines into China, where they are custom engraved and hand-finished by our own team. We design the artwork ourselves and collaborate with skilled local artisans to create unique final products.
Each lighter comes in its official Zippo box, which includes a QR code for authenticity verification and the official serial number of the lighter.
We do not manufacture or replicate Zippo lighters — we personalize real ones. While Zippo does not officially license individual artists or resellers, customizing genuine lighters for resale is allowed and widely practiced around the world.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details and instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@moklax.com and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the case.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During peak periods or viral demand, processing may take up to 7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Europe: 18–25 business days (Economy)
North America: 18–25 business days (Economy)
Rest of the World: 25–35 business days (Economy, €17.50 fee applies)
